I Vow
Written by: RevoltedHorror
Cover me in petals;
Tiny shards of glass,
That dig in deeper
With every breath—even the last.
I gave you everything,
And somehow, I remain—
After handing you my heart
As love began to grow faint

You wore your heart on your sleeve,
And the game, oh, did you play—
Rose petals fell so slowly
As willows began to sway,
I still hear your words ringing,
Like a song that’s over-sung
I closed my ears,
For your words, they only stung

Like the thorns of beauty,
I shall only bite back,
Not tender nor fierce;
But merely a silent attack
I will whisper to you in your dreams,
Remember now? Child…my sweet?
That day, oh, that day,
When I vowed to you, we’d meet?

I'm sick of his Shit. Yes, Lee.
